[00:00:20] Speaker A: Hey, this is Lacey with SmartCast, and I'm here today with Emily and my mom. And we are so excited because we are launching our holiday specials next week. And so we just want to give you guys a little preview of what to expect.

[00:00:36] Speaker A: Hi. Tell me what you both are most excited about for this holiday season and our specials that we're offering this year.
[00:00:44] Speaker B: I think I am excited about the injection specials. We're going to be opening a new type of membership that will be announced shortly. I think that a lot of people want botox and filler and things like that, but I think this is going to make it a little bit more affordable. Plus, I think it's nice with some of the specials, you buy X amount of units and you're going to get some for free. I think it's nice reward for when you purchase that.
[00:01:07] Speaker C: Mom, I'm excited about the body treatments. A lot of people, they gear up for this. And a couple of things new that we have, the Exion and from BTL, and then also M phase from BTL. This is a great time to purchase a package. They get a discount, of course, we'll have to see them first and do a consultation and then go over pricing with them. But I love the M phase, I love The Exion, and I think we're going to do some specials, pairing those two together. So that's going to be fun.
[00:01:39] Speaker A: And I'm excited this year, too. We typically do just a lot of packages, and this year we have some single visit options to offer as well. So I think that will be really good for people that have never been to Smart Skin before to experience a little bit of what we're about. And then they still have through the end of the year to purchase a package if they want to or sign up for the membership. And that way their pricing is even more discounted based on the fact that they'll be a member, for sure.

[00:02:12] Speaker A: Yeah, if they sign up for one of our facial memberships, they get a gift certificate to give away to a friend. And then if that friend comes in and signs up for a membership, they get a free facial back on their account to use for themselves. And then we also have a new toxin membership sign up bonus that they'll get a free Diamond Glow facial. And that's my favorite. Huge.

[00:02:35] Speaker C: So one of the things that the clients look forward to every year, we only do it once a year, and that is the Smart Bucks. So this year it's only for members. So only members can purchase these, which is exciting. For them, it's almost like a loyalty program. And they can use these toward upgrades, they can't use it toward packages, and then we'll have it listed out what they can use it toward, but they get real excited about that as well.
[00:03:05] Speaker A: Yeah, we made it very easy for our members to understand everything that the Smartbucks apply for this year by naming out every single thing that they can use those for. And the way that our Smartbooks worked is if they pay $250, we match that. And so we actually put $500 in credit on your account to use towards those upgraded services.
So it's really a great thing that our clients look forward to every year. So I know that a lot of people have been going through their packages to finish up what they purchased last year because they're ready to buy their new packages for this year.
[00:03:40] Speaker B: Yeah, some people timed it perfectly. I had a couple, I think, yesterday that finally finished all of it and they were like, it's time for the new ones. When is it? When is it? Super excited.
[00:03:48] Speaker C: And I noticed we're doing something a little bit different too, last year. Okay, so on the Smart bucks, we match 250 and we'll match 250. So that's 500, 500 and we'll match 500. That's 1000. But normally we did 1500 and we'd give them 25 this year, we're actually matching it. And so they'll get an additional 1500, which will be 3000. So that's 500 more on their account that they would normally get.
[00:04:16] Speaker B: Sage said it well, Sage said it's essentially almost like half off services, like in the way that it kind of boils down to for their upgrades and things like that.
[00:04:24] Speaker A: Yeah.
[00:04:25] Speaker B: Definitely goes well with the membership, though, because for people who do the silver and it's like one basic hydrofacial, if they want to do a microneedling needling session, they can use that profit or those monies towards the yeah for the upgrade.
[00:04:39] Speaker A: Or if they want to add dermaplaning to their basic facial service membership, if they have the once a month for 95, they can use their Smart Bucks to add on those dermaplanings, or they can use it to add on or upgrade to a diamond glow or a luminous or things like that.
[00:04:56] Speaker B: A lot of options.
[00:04:57] Speaker C: Explain to me on the Scarlet. A lot of clients don't know this, but tell us about what are Exosomes and why is that so important that they get these with this package or single visit.
[00:05:08] Speaker A: So normally they have to add the exosomes on and that's $300 per treatment. So Exosomes is going to be a plant based exosome. So it's a PED in. And so instead of being human derived, it's derived from plant. So a lot of our clients feel much more comfortable with the fact of knowing that it's plant derived. But the benefit of doing Exosomes during a scarlet or any other treatment that causes a micro injury in the skin is it's going to control that inflammation process. So a lot of times you do want to have some controlled inflammation because that's going to promote healing and skin tightening and all of that. But if you can control that inflammation and eliminate the unnecessary inflammation, that's going to cause all that redness irritation, longer healing time, this is going to speed all of that up and give you a faster recovery and a better result and it's just going to enhance your overall results altogether.
A lot of people know PRP and PRP is great. However, if you're a little bit older or you're not super healthy or your PRP is just not that rich, then Exosomes is going to be a really great alternative for that because it's always going to be super reliable in the efficacy that you're going to get with your results from that. As well as using an Exosome, you don't have to do a blood draw, which is kind of nice too.
[00:06:28] Speaker B: Didn't they say it's stem cells, right?
[00:06:30] Speaker A: And it also includes take home product with that as well, which is basically a detox. The detox and repair. The repair is going to continue to help that healing process and aid in hydration of the skin too. And help with any itching that you might experience while your skin is healing.

[00:07:21] Speaker A: So our holiday open house is going to be on the second, third and fourth, which is the first weekend or last three days of the month of November. And then during those three days we're going to have our swag bags to give away. We're going to have food and drinks and all of that. But then we also have the one time of year that we offer a discount on our skincare products that we offer at Smart Skin. It's going to be 20% off and it's only those three days and you can call in and pay for that over the phone as well and we can hold those products for you. So those are the things that we do during those three special days of our VIP open house.
But these specials are going to run through the end of the year.
We're going to have several different toxin tiered levels of discounts, some buy, some get some free, we're going to have some filler discounts and we're going to have some radius hyper dilute discounts. We're going to have some threading promotions that we're doing. We've got, like I said, sign up for the membership for the toxin and they'll get that free diamond glow, which is a huge added value. And then we've got some new things coming this month to Smart Skin as well, so we're going to be doing some flash sales through the next few months too, so definitely be staying tuned for those. I actually got to be a guinea girl and it didn't hurt at all. Matter of fact, they asked me, on a scale from one to ten, what was the pain level? And I literally said zero because it was a zero.
I didn't really have any bruising or anything, so that was really exciting. So those people that want just know, maybe have a little cellulite on the back of their booty or want a little lift or whatever. This is a great question to talk to Dr. Jody about and then pairs.

[00:11:57] Speaker A: The food is always a hit, especially the cookies.
[00:12:00] Speaker B: Yeah. Lauren, my friend Lauren, her business is called Bless Your Sweets and look her up. She makes amazing cookies. Not only are they pretty, but they.
[00:12:07] Speaker A: Taste really good, beautiful and very tasty.
[00:12:12] Speaker C: And I believe they're going to have our logo on them, which is always nice. So it's like two for one, promoting her and then promoting us as well.
[00:12:21] Speaker B: Didn't you order some other special things? Like, the candles are always a big hit for us every year around the holiday times. Carmen picked out a lot of pretty vases and stuff like that for us to use or holders.
[00:12:31] Speaker C: We're definitely going to have the candles coming back as far as, like, for special occasions like Christmas and Mother's Day, Valentine's Day.
So we'll have a whole selection of those with some of your favorite holiday scents. And then my favorite is the coffee. So she's going to definitely throw that in with a peppermint. And those should be ready by soon yeah, by our open house.

So definitely by the end of this month, check out our new website. We're so excited. We've been working so hard and so long on this. It's been a long process of getting it just right so that we can educate you all on everything that we have to offer here at SmartSkin and help you to be able to do some of your own research. And then whenever you come in for your consults, then we have a much better idea of exactly what you're interested in so we can make sure that you're being informed on everything that we have to offer because we have so much.
[00:13:39] Speaker C: So shout out to Adam for doing that in his company. What is his company?
[00:13:44] Speaker A: It's lifted logic. Okay.
[00:13:45] Speaker C: And then he's pretty brilliant, though. He's helped a lot of people get started.
[00:13:51] Speaker A: Yeah.
[00:13:54] Speaker C: I'm very excited. I think it's going to be another hit. We've been doing this for over 30 years so I think we're kind of getting it down pat.
[00:14:05] Speaker A: Yeah, we just finished a lunch and learn with our whole team, so that was something different that we got to do this year, is bring everybody together, go over everything that we had to offer on our specials this year, make sure that everybody was on the same page. No one was confused or misunderstood the way that anything was working. So no matter who you ask, when you come into the spa, everybody there is going to be able to help you with 100% authority and what they're talking about. So definitely be asking your favorite estheticians about these specials and which one's going to be the right fit for you because they are ready to educate you on all things that are available for this open house.
[00:14:43] Speaker C: And one of the things that I'd like to do during open house is if you've never sat on our incella, we're going to let you come in and sit on it for at least ten minutes to kind of get a good feel for it and what it does. Lacey, explain that real quick what the Mcella does.
[00:14:59] Speaker A: The Mcella does 11,000 kegels for you in 28 minutes. It's recommended that you do once a week for six weeks or twice a week for three weeks rather. Sorry. And then you can maintain after that as needed.
It doesn't hurt. There's no downtime. You don't have to take your clothes off. You can sit on the chair fully clothed. Some people even notice a difference after one.

[00:17:24] Speaker B: When this company's grown substantially, that speaks to me for itself saying how well that it works. Because I don't think that so many people would get on board if it wouldn't have know worth what they said it did.
[00:17:36] Speaker C: And as long as I've been in this industry, I've seen so many things fads come and go.
My grandfather used to say it best. He says, you could take a barrel, fill it up, fill it up, turn it over and start over. And that's pretty much what you can do in this industry. Although I'm going to say the last five, six years, I have been fully impressed with the latest and newest technology that actually works.
[00:18:04] Speaker A: Like the mPhase?
[00:18:05] Speaker C: Yes. Like the mPhase.
I was a cheerleader to get that one on board. I literally ran to the bus when they did a bus tour here. And I was able to get a treatment and we purchased it. Let's see, the bus tour was on Thursday and we purchased the machine on Monday.
[00:18:23] Speaker B: Yeah, I think anything that's non invasive too, that's going to give you similar results is always a good option if someone's not a candidate for surgery or if they don't maybe want to take that route. I mean, this is a perfect yeah.
[00:18:32] Speaker A: There'S a lot of people that have been seeing us for years that just didn't want to be injected or they don't like needles for whatever reason. And this has been their go to treatment. And it's not that it's going to take the place of botox or fillers, but it can if that's not an option for them and then it can also enhance the results with toxin or fillers, it's a win win. I personally get toxin and fillers and I still did the mPhase and I saw a huge significant difference with only three treatments, I still have not had a chance to do my fourth yet. And it's been a long time since I did that.

Yes we do because we are running out of space and so our Msculpt Neo room has freed up some space in there and that looks so much nicer. Anybody that comes in sees how much equipment that we have and sometimes we're having to move equipment around and now we're finding homes for these pieces of equipment and rooms now that we have more space, which is great.
[00:21:13] Speaker B: Yeah, I do like the fact that we simplified a lot of this. The clients are still getting the specials and they're still getting the great deals for Christmas. But it's not super overwhelming.
Yeah, just very straightforward, very easy to.
[00:21:26] Speaker A: Understand, which I like try to make it easily accessible.

And so it has the picture of the front of our building. I love it. It's so cute.
[00:22:12] Speaker C: He did such an amazing job. He sat out front with a pen and drew this.
[00:22:17] Speaker B: Yeah. That's pretty amazing. To do it in a pen, I would need a pencil.
[00:22:21] Speaker A: Yeah.
[00:22:21] Speaker C: To erase.
[00:22:22] Speaker B: I couldn't do any of it. But he did it in a pen like, that's. Mind blowing.
[00:22:26] Speaker A: I mean, he was dedicated. He was all in.
[00:22:28] Speaker B: I'm like he's got a lot of faith. I'm really impressed.
[00:22:31] Speaker A: It's like using the old school typewriter.
[00:22:33] Speaker B: Instead of, oh, my God, there's no going back.
[00:22:35] Speaker C: The only negative thing about this is I did not get his name or number, so his name is Pierre, and.
[00:22:43] Speaker A: He got our card.
[00:22:44] Speaker C: Oh, good. Yay. Yes. Thank you, Pierre.
[00:22:47] Speaker B: We love you.
[00:22:48] Speaker A: It was actually his idea to put the drawing on a bag.
[00:22:51] Speaker C: How smart is that?
[00:22:52] Speaker A: I know, because I showed him the other one that Emily had made for you last year that her friend did that was in color, and he was like, that's beautiful. But sometimes doing things in color can be kind of tricky. But what you can do with mine is have it transferred and use it for your marketing or your shopping bags or anything like that. And I was like, oh, my gosh, that's brilliant. Yeah.
[00:23:11] Speaker C: And we should have had your friend to make cookies with this. That would have been fun. Yeah, we could still do that.
[00:23:17] Speaker B: Look, it's still out there. The offer is still out there.
[00:23:19] Speaker C: Let's do it.
[00:23:20] Speaker B: Lauren, I'm sorry. Ahead of time. I know that we've given you 16 different things, but we love you.
[00:23:25] Speaker A: How would she do that? Just a transfer?
[00:23:27] Speaker B: Yeah, like a transfer. But, I mean, you've seen some of the stuff she's done. It's been pretty intense.
[00:23:30] Speaker A: Her free hand art is unbelievable.
[00:23:34] Speaker C: Just so you'll know, I'm actually having homewood what's the name of the homewood place down there that framed your artwork?
[00:23:44] Speaker B: Just it's across from Taco Mama right there, like, by Edgewood Creamery and stuff, right? Isn't that I can't think of framers. I think maybe yeah.
[00:23:54] Speaker C: They did your artwork that you did for me, but they're actually framing his, too. They're doing a weighted frame for me, and I can't wait to see that. I'm really excited about I love art and I love supporting artists.
[00:24:07] Speaker B: I also forgot to mention one of Sage's friends, Michael. He owns the cookie to be. I've ordered some truffles from his company to help support his small business as well. So that's going to be at the Open house as well. So shout out to Michael and the cookie jar we love supporting local businesses because they support us. I think they actually brought us cookies and stuff not too long ago for all the staff to try. They really were. Yeah.
