[00:00:20] Speaker A: Hey, this is Lacey with SmartCast and we're joined today with Sarah Richter from Michigan. And we're so happy to have you here today with us. We are at the Owner Summit for Amp in Arizona, and so we are getting to speak with lots of providers and speakers here at the conference. And so we're so thankful for you to take a moment out of your schedule here. I know that you probably have been pulled in a million different directions, talking to different practices, so I really appreciate you taking the time to talk with us today. Of course. [00:00:46] Speaker B: Thanks for having me. [00:00:47] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:00:48] Speaker A: So tell me a little bit about your practice and what you guys do there. [00:00:52] Speaker B: Okay, so refresher, new med spa. We started our brick and mortar. It'll be two years in November, and it started just me in a very small room, like, I think it's probably 10ft by 8ft. So I just started mostly with injectables doing some threads, chemical peels, and then last year around this time is when I took the leap into getting devices. So I got Scarlett and Agnes to start and then actually at Owner Summit, ended up getting the Aqua firm. And since I have added two practitioners and also brought on Alpha, which is their laser hair removal and IPL laser. [00:01:41] Speaker A: Wonderful. So what is your background? Like, where did you start? [00:01:45] Speaker B: Okay, so I am a nurse anesthetist by trade. I went to University of Miami in Florida and I've been a nurse anesthetist for 1112 years at this point. So worked in a level one trauma center for eleven years. And I ended up getting into aesthetics because two of my old classmates in Miami were injecting, and one of them is my very good friend, and she said, you have to start doing this. It's so fun. It's so different than the or because in anesthesia we meet someone, we gain your trust in five minutes and then know, put you to sleep and take care of you. But if we've done our job, you probably don't even remember us. [00:02:29] Speaker C: Right? Yeah. [00:02:30] Speaker B: So aesthetics is so different in that you get a lot more of that relationship and long term relationship. [00:02:39] Speaker A: Yeah. So we see a lot of transition from the medical side into the aesthetic side. A lot of it's burnout, a lot of it's just wanting to do something different. Some of it's just trying to get into something that's a little bit more cash pay. So how has that transition from the medical side into more of the aesthetics been for you? [00:03:02] Speaker B: It's been good. It definitely is a transition. As the business owner, I think that that has been the most challenging piece for me injecting there's a whole learning curve to it. And it does take a while to really be immersed in that and understand it to be good at it. But for me, I think the most challenging part coming from medicine has been the business side because really, in all of our schooling, we don't get a business background. So the medical side makes a lot of sense, but the business is where it gets very challenging. [00:03:37] Speaker A: Yeah, we hear that a lot, especially with the doctors that we meet with and talk to, that they're having a really hard time transitioning the conversation and how to deal with cash pay clients and just the business side of things instead of just doing the medicine. So what have you done to overcome those challenges? [00:03:57] Speaker B: Well, and for me, I think doctors typically when they see people in office and they send them out to the front desk. I've never had a front desk, so it is me. And I think the thing that's most important to me is really believing in what I'm recommending for someone. If I really believe that what I'm telling you to do is what's best for you and you're going to get the results that you want, then it makes the talking about money part a lot easier for me. Right. So I think that doing learning and knowing procedures and having devices that you believe in, I think is so important for that aspect. [00:04:43] Speaker A: Yeah, because you're educating and then you're leaving it up to them to decide what they want to invest their money into. [00:04:48] Speaker C: Exactly. [00:04:49] Speaker A: So it definitely makes that part of it a lot easier. [00:04:51] Speaker B: Exactly. [00:04:52] Speaker A: So you started out with just injectables, you said. How long were you doing just injectables before you decided to take the leap and jump into medical devices? [00:05:00] Speaker B: So in Michigan, we can do some injectables mobile. So I actually started as a mobile just tox and, like, PRP microneedling facials. I would rent a room once a month to do filler out of, and I did that for probably six months and then went into the space, which made it a lot easier to do everything. And what made me take the leap from injectables to devices is the jowls. I had so many clients that would come I would say probably the bulk of my clientele are 50 year olds, and they have these jowls that are a pain to treat. And so I would restore volume within reason without making them look crazy. I would use lifting threads to try to reposition that tissue, but they still would have that little pocket of fat that drove me insane. So I just went on the hunt for a device that could get rid of that and found Agnes, which I was so happy about. [00:06:09] Speaker A: Well, and it's nice, too. I mean, I know it comes with a stand, but it's pretty portable as well. [00:06:14] Speaker C: Very. [00:06:14] Speaker A: So did you already have your location when you brought that? [00:06:19] Speaker C: Did okay. Yeah. [00:06:21] Speaker A: So what kind of results are you seeing with Agnes? We don't have Agnes yet. Dave was in here earlier. Like, you have to have Agnes and we're okay. [00:06:27] Speaker B: So what do you have? [00:06:28] Speaker A: So we have the scarlet. And then we have their Xoe. We've got derived, we've got their cylinders PRP, we'll be getting the derma PRP, but we do not have the Agnes. We have twelve Estheticians at our location. [00:06:44] Speaker C: Okay. [00:06:44] Speaker A: And then we have three injectors. We're in Alabama, so there are no mid level injectors in our state. We're the only state left. [00:06:51] Speaker B: Okay. [00:06:51] Speaker A: So that makes that part a little bit more challenging for us, especially with the injectable lidocaine, the blocks and things like that. And the Agnes is not something in my mind that I would feel comfortable delegating to an Esthetician, even though it is a class two device that could be delegated. I would feel more comfortable having either a PA, NP, cRNA or one of our MDS to do that treatment. [00:07:16] Speaker B: I agree. So I'm the only one at the practice that does Agnes, mostly because I'm the most comfortable, and now it's kind of my thing. Right. So I am the primary person that does Agnes, but mostly because I'm the one that has most experience with it now, and I kind of know what to do to get the results that I want. And so it would take more time training someone. But I really wanted Agnes for the jowls, and then I ended up getting scarlet with it because as you melt that fat of the jowls, you need to shrink wrap. Most, not most. All of my Agnes clients are also doing three treatments of scarlet just to get that skin and the canvas, like. [00:08:06] Speaker D: As glowy overall appearance. [00:08:08] Speaker C: Exactly. [00:08:08] Speaker D: Neck and chest as tightened as it can be. [00:08:10] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:08:11] Speaker A: Are you doing a lot of Agnes treatments now? [00:08:13] Speaker B: I do. I'm getting more people now for under eye or around the eye. So that's exciting. I think primarily the first six to nine months was all lower face, and now I'm starting to get more traction with people coming for around the eye treatments, which is exciting. [00:08:31] Speaker A: So what type of downtime are you seeing with that? And how are you preparing your clients for what to expect? [00:08:38] Speaker B: So I also use Xoe on everyone, and so I'll talk about lower face first. So for lower face, I'm doing Xoe and then waiting five minutes, doing their numbing cream and then doing injectable lidocaine with EPI to kind of shrink the vessel so that we don't get as much bruising with the Xoe. I think it's cut down on the bruising tremendously, but you may still have some bruising. And I tell them that, use the Xoe and the repair as you're directed. I also tell people a nice little trick is to take like a microfiber towel and get it wet and put it in the refrigerator before they come to their treatment, so when they get home, they can come take it out. Refrigerator is key. If you put it in the freezer, it's going to be hard, but it just is so cool. You can put it over your whole face and neck, and it will just cool everything down. It helps with their day two swelling. So much so all of my 40 plus women who are coming, we're going to do scarlet right over the eye. And that, I think, is where they get the most swelling. And again, their jowls, it just really depends on the person on if they're going to get bruising or not. But I just stress the day of treatment, regardless of where we're focusing, to really make sure that you're cooling or icing. 20 minutes on, 20 minutes off, and then your day two, you're going to be swollen around the eye. Everyone's a little bit different. They can sleep a little elevated, wake up in the morning, do some icing again. And typically by the end of day two, they're good, and by day three, they still have a little bit of swelling, but nothing that's noticeable or that would force them to take any social downtime. [00:10:26] Speaker D: So when they come in to do Agnes, are they doing multiple areas at one time, or are you just trying to do a local area? And then they come? [00:10:34] Speaker B: People, most people are coming in for the full Monty, where I just will hit everything that we can in the time frame. Otherwise they're coming and saying, I just want eyes. So that's a little bit different. But most everyone, we're doing jowls, if they're a candidate for some mental, we're doing that. And then we're tacking back to give that little mini face and necklift as well. Yeah, the whole package. [00:11:00] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:11:01] Speaker A: So a lot of our clients want the results, but they don't really want the downtime. And you're saying that you're seeing a significant reduction in that downtime by using. [00:11:11] Speaker B: The Xoe huge reduction, and also making sure that the day of treatment, that you are cooling the face, whether it's with that cool towel like I described, or with ice, I think the combination of those things help tremendously. I think Xoe really helps with the redness and bruising. I think the Icing helps with the swelling. [00:11:30] Speaker C: Okay. [00:11:31] Speaker A: Those are really good tips. I mean, even post scarlet. Scarlet, that's a great piece of feedback for post any type of whether it's like e two skin resurfacing or scarlet or microneedling or anything like that, too. [00:11:46] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:11:46] Speaker B: Even for my scarlet patients, if they're just coming for scarlet, I put a microfiber in the fridge before they come. So once I'm done with their face, I'll just rest it over their face and then move on to their neck and it distracts them a little bit. It feels good, and just particularly for around the eyes, because that's where people really tend to swell. [00:12:04] Speaker D: And how long is it taking you to do the Agnes treatments? [00:12:08] Speaker B: Again, it depends on how much we're doing. I block off 90 minutes because again, most of my clients are coming and doing Agnes and then full face and neck scarlet in the same treatment. [00:12:24] Speaker C: Okay. [00:12:24] Speaker B: So I give myself 90 minutes, and sometimes I run a little over, but I really try hard to stay on time, so 90 minutes is pretty accurate. [00:12:32] Speaker C: Okay. [00:12:32] Speaker A: So I love that all of the treatments these days are more outcome based and not necessarily, like, certain problem areas. Even with toxin and fillers and things like that, it's not just do toxin in my forehead, they're an overall outcome based. So I love to hear that you're doing Scarlett and Agnes and layering those services and painting that picture of the overall outcome. So what other services are you loving to pair together? [00:13:02] Speaker B: Well, like I said, I just got alpha, so I'm really excited to start pairing that with scarlet and really starting to take care of some of the pigment in the skin, because I think that's the only place that my clients are still needing help after we get done with scarlet magnes. So I'm really looking forward to that. I don't pair any of those devices with tox just for the risk that even if the tissue is a little heated, it would break down the molecule. But I will also do an aquiferm. We have the aquiferm too. So I'll do an aquiferm before doing a scarlet aquafirm, before any kind of injectable, which is really nice, and even. [00:13:47] Speaker A: Post scarlet to help exfoliate the rest of the dead skin tissue off and hydrate the skin. After having a scarlet, it's really great to layer those together that way as well. [00:13:55] Speaker B: I've never tried that. [00:13:57] Speaker D: Yeah, two weeks after the scarlet treatment or a higher end procedure, we usually have them come in two weeks after. [00:14:06] Speaker B: Oh, I love that. [00:14:08] Speaker A: So how are you doing with the exosomes with your you have the aqua firm, you say? So are you driving in the exosomes with your aquiferm? [00:14:16] Speaker B: So, yes, when someone comes in for an aquiferm facial, most people, I'm ultrasounding in the Xoe, and then when I do the Lymphatic massage and red light therapy, at the end, I use repair. I love the exosomes. I actually also use them for filler patients, sculptor patients, anyone who may bruise. My lips are having incredible results. Like, I don't have people really bruising anymore, which is insane. [00:14:48] Speaker A: We've definitely added that as part of our protocol as well. Last time I got my lips done, I got a full syringe of filler, and I had almost no swelling at all. [00:14:58] Speaker B: Oh, that's amazing. [00:14:58] Speaker A: Hardly any bruising at all. And then the time before that, I got a half a syringe of filler, and my lips swelled so much, and it was the same exact product once one with exosomes and one without. And after that, I was like, this is part of our protocol. I keep a tube of it in our injectors room, and our ma just applies it wherever they got injected. And we've gotten a lot better patient satisfaction by using that in our protocol. [00:15:23] Speaker B: I just was playing with it. I'm like, well, it works so well for the jowling area with the bruise. I'm like, I'm going to try it for the lips because I think that's a huge barrier to someone wanting their lips done. They don't want the downtime, they don't want to look like they got beat up. So we put it on as soon as they come in, right after we take their pictures and then let it sit while we're doing their paperwork and drying up lidocaine and then take it off just right before injecting now, are. [00:15:54] Speaker A: You doing anything with drive? [00:15:57] Speaker B: Yes, I love derive. [00:15:59] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:15:59] Speaker B: So I don't have salenis as of now, but they're going to get me here with this derma. Yes, but I shouldn't say I didn't have great I didn't have consistent PRP hair results. So I was so excited to get my hands on Derive again just because I was so impressed with Xoe. So I've had incredible results. One of my clients, we did six sessions of PRP and really no difference. So he was very hesitant to come in. But I'm like, I promise it doesn't hurt because he's, like, hurt at all. Yeah, he said, I'm not coming for you to poke me again. I'm like, I promise it doesn't hurt and come be my test dummy. So it's in the presentation tomorrow that I'm giving, but after 28 days, it's incredible, the results. So I've actually seen consistently with all of my clients after 28 days, some have more than others, but everyone we're seeing new growth, which is really incredible. [00:17:05] Speaker A: Yeah, we have several of our staff members that we have been treating with Derive and gotten really great results because like you said, with PRP, we've had so many people not get the results that they're looking for. And my brother can attest that. We have poked and prodded him to no end. And so for us to be able to ultrasound the drive in has been really nice because then he's more compliant with it. So that's been a huge difference for us with that. And then two, just being able to have all of these before and after photos with our own staff to say, look, we are treating our own staff with this. These are the results that we're getting. We're not asking you to gamble on these really expensive treatments to potentially not see any new growth. [00:17:47] Speaker B: That's exactly how I felt. So I actually brought in a few people at a deeper discount because I'm like, I need to see for myself. Because, again, like we were saying earlier, I have to really believe in something before I'm going to recommend it to anyone, especially because all of these procedures are expensive. So I really want to know that it's going to work for you. And that's what I love about it, is how consistent it is. [00:18:15] Speaker A: Yeah, I agree with that. I think that it's going to be huge I'm really excited to see where the exosomes category within itself is going. What else can they treat with this? [00:18:26] Speaker B: Me too. [00:18:27] Speaker A: They went from Xoe to derive in what, a year or two, and then who knows what's next? [00:18:34] Speaker B: I know. [00:18:35] Speaker A: Do you have any idea? [00:18:36] Speaker B: No, I don't. But I can't wait. [00:18:37] Speaker C: What's? [00:18:38] Speaker D: The lash and brow serum that's kind of going in and we've already been testing that out. Honestly, we thought of that and we. [00:18:44] Speaker A: Were like, we should put this in. [00:18:44] Speaker B: Our brows and see if the hair grows. So I've also heard of people treating men's beards that are like splotchy. [00:18:52] Speaker C: Exactly. [00:18:52] Speaker B: I was going to say my husband can never grow a beard because he's got little areas that it doesn't come in as full. So I guess it's not supposed to work because some of those receptors are a little different in the face, but people are having results with it. So again, maybe not something you can hang your hat on, but if someone wants to try, great. [00:19:12] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:19:12] Speaker A: I mean, if you're already treating them in another area and you have a little bit left. [00:19:16] Speaker C: Exactly. [00:19:16] Speaker A: Might as well just say, hey, share the love. [00:19:18] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:19:19] Speaker A: Plus patients love that. Anytime they feel like they're getting an added value, they eat that up. [00:19:23] Speaker B: Absolutely. [00:19:24] Speaker A: The customer service, white glove service is where it's at in this industry, for sure. [00:19:30] Speaker C: Yes. [00:19:30] Speaker A: So you are a trainer for Injectables, is that correct? [00:19:36] Speaker B: Yes, I work as ancillary staff for Beautify Academy. It's in Rochester, Michigan. It was actually just nominated as Training Institute of the Year as next. [00:19:49] Speaker C: Oh, nice. [00:19:50] Speaker B: Yes. Were you there? I unfortunately was not there this year. [00:19:54] Speaker A: I didn't get to go either. I'm really sad I missed it. [00:19:56] Speaker B: Me too. It looked really good this year. It did look I could not pull it off. [00:20:00] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:20:01] Speaker B: So yes, I help with their novice training, so novice talks and filler. So I really enjoy that. I've always loved teaching and education and especially because it is new injectors new business owners and I just like being able to share little tips and tricks and things that were barriers for me going into this and getting started. [00:20:26] Speaker A: Yeah, we were talking to Deb earlier about that. How when we first started out in this industry, people were holding on to their trade secrets and not sharing what they know and not being open with other business owners. And I feel like that's really starting to change now and I love that. I think that there's enough business for everybody. And why are you going to make somebody learn the hard way? If you know that you can help someone, you should absolutely share that knowledge with them. [00:20:53] Speaker B: I couldn't agree more. And honestly, a year and a half, two years ago, I probably didn't feel that way just because I was so new. And when you're new, you're scared and you don't have a lot of clients, so you don't feel like there's a lot of clients out there, but I think that the biggest thing that I try to impress upon people is it doesn't matter who's down the street, it doesn't matter who's the next town over. We all have our little niche, and we all offer something different. Beautify is 20 minutes from me, and Kelly Hermans, who owns it, and she runs the training portion. She didn't have to take me under her wing the way that she did, but she did and really helped build that sense of community. And people that are going to go to her office may not like the feeling of my office and vice versa. So I just think that don't get distracted by who's around. You focus on you and what you have to offer and exactly. You don't have to gatekeep things because it works better. We're safer, we do better work when we can all collaborate. [00:22:10] Speaker A: Yeah, well, I mean, I think that it speaks volumes, too, whenever you can say nice things about your neighbor down the street or if you don't have something that they do. And to be able to send them to their office to be treated and feel confident and comfortable, that we're all a team and we are all in this together and that we're all helping each other to be successful. [00:22:31] Speaker C: Yes. [00:22:32] Speaker A: So I think that's great. So what services would you say that you perform the most now? [00:22:44] Speaker B: As of today, we do a lot of talks. We do a lot of scarlet and Agnes and Aqua firm. Those are our top services. We really focus a lot on collagen stimulation. So a lot of my clients come in and they are afraid a little bit of fillers. And so it takes some educating and building trust, and we do a lot of Sculptra for that reason, because people really like that it's slow and that it looks very natural, the long lasting effects. And it's a huge part of my consultation, just educating on when we stop making collagen and how we can continue to prompt our body to make it itself. So because of that and because that's kind of our messaging during consultation, I think that's probably why these are our main. [00:23:44] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:23:44] Speaker A: So it sounds like the dermaprp may be a really good fit for those patients too. [00:23:49] Speaker B: Yes, exactly. I think the combination of that, it's your own. So I think it's going to be great for people. I have a client who can't have filler or Sculptra because she's got autoimmune disease. That's pretty significant. So derma is going to be a game changer for her. Anybody who, again, is afraid of the filler or really even the long effects of the filler, derma is going to be great to say, okay, well, let's see how you like it. And if you don't, your body's going to reabsorb that and you're still going to get the collagen boost from it. So I think it's going to be a great option. [00:24:27] Speaker A: So did you say that you are already injecting that or you're going to I'm going to. [00:24:32] Speaker C: Okay. [00:24:33] Speaker A: So most Ha fillers have a powdered lidocaine in it. What is their plan for pain management for injecting? [00:24:40] Speaker B: So I was at the master class yesterday, and yesterday I think they were doing topical. My plan will be to do blocks. [00:24:47] Speaker A: Okay, yeah, that's a good plan. [00:24:49] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:24:50] Speaker B: Because even watching I'm in Anesthesia and I tell people that because I do block sometimes for Scarlett, too, most times for Scarlet, too, because most of my people are coming in for smoker's lines or areas around the eye, forehead, and everyone's pain tolerance is different. And if you're sitting there wiggling and wincing in the chair, I'm not going to be able to give you the treatment that I want to give you. And again, you're paying a lot of money for this. So I would rather let them feel comfortable and just be able to give them the best treatment I can. [00:25:28] Speaker A: Yeah. We currently do a 45 minutes compounded BLT while they set on the umcella, because I hate to waste anybody's time. I want them to feel like they've got something productive that they're doing that's a great and I like to get them out of my treatment room so that I can have another treatment going on at that time. So we will give them a complimentary Mcella. They love that. And some people, like you said, are more they still have a little bit of pain even with that. So that's really nice that you have the ability to give a block. [00:26:03] Speaker B: So because we are in just one room, I have a little waiting area, but most people don't want to sit in a waiting area where people are walking in and out. So that's mostly why I started doing the blocks. But I love the Mcella and sit. [00:26:19] Speaker A: With topical for 45. [00:26:20] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:26:20] Speaker A: Do you have an Mcella now? [00:26:22] Speaker B: No, but that's very tempting. [00:26:24] Speaker A: Well, we can find you one. [00:26:27] Speaker B: There we go. [00:26:28] Speaker A: We have a lot of stuff from BTL. We have their Msculpt Neo, their mPhase, the Mcella, the Cellutone and the Msculp Classic. [00:26:35] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:26:36] Speaker D: Once you start going into the body, it's addictive. [00:26:39] Speaker C: Yes. [00:26:40] Speaker D: It's a different game. [00:26:41] Speaker B: I like the Amcella because they can literally just sit there and I think a lot of women don't realize how beneficial that could be. [00:26:48] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:26:48] Speaker A: Because we started out with the Veve internal radio frequency for Vaginal rejuvenation, and it was a really difficult conversation to start up because even when you try to talk to them about that, they're like, oh, no, I don't have that problem. But then once you put them on the Mcella while they're numbing and they're like, oh my gosh, I don't know what that was, but that really helped me. Then it opens up the conversation a little bit more organically. [00:27:12] Speaker B: Yes. [00:27:13] Speaker A: And then suddenly even our paveviv picked up because then we were like, okay, well, these are the two options that we have for this. And then they could decide for themselves which one was the best fit for them. [00:27:24] Speaker B: Well, and nobody is excited to go put their feet in stirrups, right? [00:27:29] Speaker A: No, you get to keep all your clothes on. [00:27:33] Speaker B: No one's excited to do that. But anybody's going to go sit on a so. [00:27:40] Speaker A: And do you know what's so wild? I was talking to Sarah before you, that Mcella, being that you can't obviously do before and after photos for that is the number one self expressed best treatment option that they've had. And we get more people messaging us, giving us all the accolades for their success with and like, I'll have one friend of mine who's also a client text me and be like, that TT machine really works, I'm so happy for you. And then even our cleaning crew, we've taught them how to use it. And after they clean the spa they set on the umcella, did their little touch up. They love that. [00:28:21] Speaker B: That umsella is working hard. [00:28:23] Speaker C: It is. [00:28:24] Speaker A: It's so great too, because it's like you just do the treatment protocol and then after that you can do single visits to maintain as you need to. There's no downtime super easy. It's definitely been a great cross promotion, obviously with being able to do that while they're numbing. For the Scarlet too. [00:28:40] Speaker B: Yeah, I love that so much. [00:28:42] Speaker D: I know. You go to the doctor and they're like, do your Kegels and then you do three and you're like but then you sit on the Mcel and it does 11,000 Kegels in 28 minutes. [00:28:49] Speaker B: That is crazy. [00:28:50] Speaker C: Yes. [00:28:51] Speaker B: I want one. [00:28:52] Speaker D: You need one. Did you say you only work out of one room? [00:28:56] Speaker C: Yes. [00:28:57] Speaker A: What? [00:28:57] Speaker B: I know, it is crazy. [00:28:59] Speaker D: Do you have a membership program or anything? [00:29:01] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:29:02] Speaker B: Wow. [00:29:03] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:29:04] Speaker B: So we are looking to expand, but my goal was to have that room running 8 hours a day, six or seven days a week. So I really think bringing Alpha on and being able to offer laser hair removal is going to take us to that next level. So I'm excited about that. [00:29:27] Speaker A: Yeah, we were doing IPL hair removal and that was like not fun at all. So definitely having the Alpha is going to be game changer. [00:29:34] Speaker C: It's awesome. [00:29:35] Speaker A: Do you still have BBL? Do you have BBL now? [00:29:37] Speaker B: I've never had. [00:29:38] Speaker C: You haven't? No. Okay. [00:29:40] Speaker D: I think you have all amp devices. [00:29:41] Speaker B: I do. You're their number one. It really sucked me in, but honestly, I was thinking about that today, like listening to everyone as somebody who was newer to the industry and stepping into devices. One of the things I love about all of these devices are their safety features. Really, if you follow the guidelines, they really are meant to keep practitioner and clients safe. And I love that. And so that was one of. My big driving factors for lasers because lasers can you can do damage with any of this. [00:30:18] Speaker A: Absolutely. [00:30:19] Speaker B: I feel like it's probably a little bit easier with lasers. So I really like the safety mechanisms that they have built into the machines, especially while we're still learning them. [00:30:29] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:30:29] Speaker A: Safety and efficacy are definitely top two most important things when bringing on any device. [00:30:35] Speaker C: For sure. [00:30:37] Speaker A: So which one of those devices from amp would you say is your favorite? [00:30:42] Speaker B: That is so hard. [00:30:46] Speaker A: All your children. [00:30:47] Speaker B: I know, like, don't listen. [00:30:50] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:30:53] Speaker B: But honestly, I love it's a tie between Scarlett and Agnes. Agnes is my girl because nothing is like know, there's nothing else on the market that can do what she does. But I love the scarlet results and you just can do so much with that device that it's amazing. [00:31:15] Speaker A: I just love that they gave them old lady names. Our staff will bring a client into the room and say, I would like to introduce you to Scarlett. She's going to give you the most beautiful, radiant skin of your life. And it's just so funny to me that they have like these little lady names. [00:31:31] Speaker B: Dropped the ball with alpha. [00:31:33] Speaker A: They did. [00:31:34] Speaker B: Firm not giving them old lady names. [00:31:35] Speaker A: They really should. [00:31:36] Speaker D: Scarlett and Agnes. [00:31:38] Speaker B: When we did our promotional event for Scarlett and Agnes, I called them the wait. [00:31:47] Speaker A: That's so cute. Well, I think that's really all the questions that we have for you. We really appreciate you being here with us again. [00:31:56] Speaker B: Thank you for having me. [00:31:57] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:31:57] Speaker A: So fun. Well, I appreciate you so much. When is your talk? [00:32:03] Speaker B: You said I have another one this afternoon and then tomorrow is aquafirmin derive. [00:32:08] Speaker C: Wonderful. [00:32:08] Speaker A: Well, we look forward to hearing you speak. [00:32:10] Speaker C: Thank you. [00:32:11] Speaker A: Thank you so much. Thank you for joining us on today's episode of SmartCast in our weekend in Arizona with our partners at Amp.
