[00:00:20] Speaker A: Hey, this is Lacey with SmartCast, and I'm joined today with a couple more of our new girl here at Smart Skin. I have Taylor and Hannah, and then we'll have Ashton joining us just a little bit later. She was finishing up with a client, and she actually brings a unique perspective because she actually has worked at the front desk with us for over a year and is now in the treatment room too. So I can't wait for you guys to hear her thoughts on the two different positions here at Smart Skin. So thank you girls for joining me today.
[00:00:48] Speaker B: Thanks for having us.
[00:00:49] Speaker C: Hello. Thanks for having us.
[00:00:51] Speaker A: So how long have you both been here so far?
[00:00:55] Speaker B: I've been here just over six months.
[00:00:59] Speaker A: Yeah.
[00:00:59] Speaker C: I think I'm almost at six months, maybe four or five months.
[00:01:05] Speaker A: Yeah.
[00:01:05] Speaker C: Started in late July.
[00:01:08] Speaker A: Yeah. You came a little after yeah, I came in, yeah. So you both came to us straight from school. You came, Hannah from Aveda and Taylor. You came from Body Logic. Tell me a little bit about the difference between coming out of school and kind of your background and what brought you into aesthetics and what's your experience been like so far here at Smart Skin.
[00:01:32] Speaker B: So I graduated from Body Logic. I originally chose Body Logic because I knew I wanted to be in more of a medical spa environment. And there they taught us hydrofacial, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, just other treatments that I feel like more than a European style of just facial massage.
But I originally did not have a background in aesthetics. I got a degree from Ole Miss and just was not happy in marketing, and I got the opportunity to make the switch over to aesthetics, so I took it and ended up here. Just an amazing opportunity, honestly.
[00:02:19] Speaker A: Yeah. Because you were in school with Amber.
[00:02:21] Speaker B: I was.
[00:02:21] Speaker A: And we were looking to hire, and I reached out to her, and she wasn't in a place where she was able to take on a full time position yet. So she told you about the offer, and she was like, listen, I would love to do this, but Taylor is fantastic. If you can get her, you should definitely bring her on, and we definitely don't regret it, because you've been wonderful.
[00:02:40] Speaker B: Yeah, no, I'm definitely happy to be here. Learning a lot as you go, for sure.
[00:02:46] Speaker A: Yeah. I feel like Renee at Body Logic does a fantastic job of preparing everybody, but we have a few from Aveda as well, and I think that you guys came very prepared. As, like, do you feel like it was a little bit of a shock going into more medical aesthetics, or how was that for you for that transition?
[00:03:05] Speaker C: Well, I always wanted to be in medical aesthetics. I didn't know that any other schools even existed besides Aveda. Like, I found out about Body Logic when I started school, so I was a little bit nervous.
[00:03:17] Speaker B: I remember.
[00:03:18] Speaker C: I think in my interview, we talked about it because I was like, I might not know what a hydrofacial can do and all this stuff, but I feel like Aveda kind of put me on a good track with the more traditional style facials, because I feel like I'm able to kind of give clients the best of both worlds. So do like, a more medical service and then like a really good facial, massage, or, I don't know, just different Add ons that I can do for them while we're together.
[00:03:44] Speaker A: Well, and I think you guys spend a lot of time on skin analysis and things like that too, so you have a better understanding of what can be potentially going on with our skin. And then with the training that we do for you guys, then you know what tools that we have to be able to address those concerns.
[00:03:59] Speaker C: Absolutely.
[00:04:00] Speaker A: So for the training process, what was that like for you both here at Smart Skin, like when you first started?
[00:04:07] Speaker C: Well, for me, I was lucky enough to get hired while I was still in school. So I was going to Aveda, and then when I wasn't there, I was coming into Smart Skin. So it was like night and day. It was crazy. The stuff I felt like we could do here versus what I'd been exposed to. And so while I was still in school, I was kind of behind the scenes for a while, getting trained, working one on one with a bunch of the girls that had been there for a while. And I felt like I learned so much. Like, just starting at SmartSkin launched me on a whole new education path even outside of Aveda. So I was super excited when we started training. It was great.
[00:04:47] Speaker B: Yeah, I love the training.
I mean, school will definitely teach you the absolute basics that you need to.
[00:04:56] Speaker A: Know the foundation yeah.
[00:04:58] Speaker B: Of how to be an esthetician and your morals and ethics as a provider. But the training here is probably unlike any other, and I could say just in general, any other job that I've ever had. The training that you all offer is very extensive. So not only do we learn a lot, but we also have to watch the services and perform them on other estheticians to be signed off before we even touch a client, which I think is so great, not only for us, but also for the clients. Because by the time we reach them, I feel like we're so confident in what we're doing already that we have that training to kind of back it up. And then it's also great because we're always learning and we're always improving.
[00:05:46] Speaker A: Yeah, it was so funny. I was telling Alexis earlier this week when her group of girls were hired on. I think we hired four new girls at one time when Alexis started, and the clients were a little bit apprehensive about letting any of them treat them because it had been probably six, eight years since we had hired anybody new. And then whenever y'all's group came around, the clients were so much more eager to let you guys see them because they knew that we do such an extensive training with you guys. And so it was really nice for them to be able to accept you guys with open arms and allow you to get going with them because they just knew that you all would be ready.
[00:06:28] Speaker B: Yeah, I think it's a win win for both sides, honestly.
[00:06:33] Speaker A: Yeah. Because the last thing you want to do is throw somebody in there and be like, Good luck.
[00:06:37] Speaker B: Yeah, no, that would not be good. Thank God we don't do that.
[00:06:42] Speaker A: Yeah.
And so because we've been doing this for so long and we have such an extensive amount of treatments that we offer, we have such great relationships with all of our vendors and our reps. We get to do a lot of in house training that most places have to go and do with multiple other offices. But we're lucky enough that we get to do a lot of these trainings in house because our group is so big and quite frankly, we would take up the whole thing anyways.
[00:07:10] Speaker B: I think.
[00:07:11] Speaker A: So that's been really good too. What has been one of your favorite trainings that we've done so far? Whether it's product or device focused, we.
[00:07:22] Speaker C: Went to the Viora training as a group, a new group, which was fun.
[00:07:27] Speaker A: Yeah.
[00:07:28] Speaker C: That was like my first training outside of being in here. I thought it was super cool just to meet other people from other offices and kind of hear what they have and compare how we use different machines and things like that.
[00:07:40] Speaker A: Yeah. Because we don't get to do that very often.
[00:07:42] Speaker C: It was fun to mingle.
[00:07:43] Speaker A: We broke you all into a smaller group because it was just the new girls that went to that, so it wasn't our whole team because our other girls have had that training two or three times now, I believe, since we've been with partners with Viora for a good ten years or more at this point.
So you guys got to go and mingle in with the other offices, which was cute. I like that.
[00:08:05] Speaker C: That was bones.
[00:08:06] Speaker A: That was fun.
What about skincare? Which was favorite skincare brand?
[00:08:12] Speaker B: That's a tough one.
[00:08:13] Speaker C: I love all of them that we carry. Like, I really do.
[00:08:16] Speaker B: I really like when we do our well. I like just the skincare trainings in general, because with the treatments, that's great to come in. It's going to improve your skin. It's the tools that we have that you can't do at home. But there are so many products, and they all do, like, most of them, multiple different things, that it's hard to kind of pick and choose which ones you need or which ones you like or different skin types.
I personally love skin better. That's probably my favorite because I have more acne prone skin, but also they're super tolerable. So it's not something like if anyone ever wanted to break into the medical grade skincare realm, I think that would be like a great starter brand. Your skin is not going to freak out after starting it.
[00:09:12] Speaker A: Yeah, my counter right now, which I get to try a little bit of everything. And so sometimes I'll go through phases. But I would say since June of this year, I have been on a Hydranity Skin Better kick.
Definitely the hyperchlorous acid and the ha, and now the Brightening serum and the eye cream from Hydranity and then from Skin Better, I'm using their hydrating, the Hydration booster, the trio at nighttime, the Clearing serum a couple of nights a week, and that's all I'm using right now.
[00:09:53] Speaker B: That Hydrinity Ha is amazing. Everyone needs that. Everyone needs to get that.
[00:09:59] Speaker C: Yeah. I'm kind of the same. I use a lot of hydranity and I use Skin Better. And the Clearing serum has changed the game for me. For real. I had very textured skin when I first started here, and Alexis put me on the Clearing serum because she's my personal esthetician, and we've noticed a huge difference. And then we've also been doing chemical peels on me with it, and it totally changed the game.
[00:10:26] Speaker A: My favorite thing is to see people's skin transform from the time that they start here until six months, a year later. I can't wait. Heather always laughs. She's like, I can never leave Smart skin because my skin will just turn to stone and rot off. She's like, I just can't not be here.
So it's kind of funny. I'm like, it's the smart skin curse.
[00:10:48] Speaker B: You can never it's honestly just using medical grade skincare. There's been such a difference.
They used to personally know me at Sephora, okay. I've tried a million different products all the time, constantly trying to figure out what works with my skin. And it's like, I could use a product, and then my skin would get used to it, and then I couldn't use it anymore. But that is literally not happening with medical grade skincare because of how well it's formulated. I think so I love it.
[00:11:22] Speaker A: So we just launched our specials this week.
[00:11:25] Speaker C: Yeah.
[00:11:26] Speaker A: How's that going for you guys? What's your favorite special on there? What is everybody excited about?
[00:11:31] Speaker B: I think everyone is really excited about Scarlet.
The Scarlet is awesome. It's the micro needling and radio frequency combination.
And so I'd probably say that's one of the best deals that we're offering because you get exosomes with it that are going to help get you your results faster.
[00:11:50] Speaker A: And that's a $900 savings.
[00:11:52] Speaker B: Yeah. Just alone.
I don't know. It's amazing. It's great that you all are even offering that. If I were a client, I would.
[00:12:00] Speaker A: Jump on that right away. Well, the great thing about Scarlet, too, is that you can treat more than just your face. It's so good for tummies or like, loose skin on the arms.
[00:12:13] Speaker B: We've had a couple of people do legs.
[00:12:15] Speaker A: Yeah.
Scarlett's great for the whole body.
It's a really good one. I've been really pleased with our results from Scarlett.
[00:12:25] Speaker B: I've seen a huge difference in clients from their befores and afters, especially on their neck.
[00:12:30] Speaker A: Oh, yeah.
We are kind of still in the middle of the Amp Owner Summit series, too. So we've been talking a lot about scarlet, with good reason, because it's a great device and the outcomes with it. You could not ask for anything better, and it's so tolerable too.
[00:12:50] Speaker C: Yeah.
[00:12:51] Speaker A: Plus they get the added benefit of sitting on the umcello while they're numbing.
[00:12:54] Speaker B: Yeah, that's nice, too.
[00:12:55] Speaker A: Yeah, there's nothing worse than just sitting around numbing for 45 minutes with nothing better to do. So I like to be efficient and effective with my time. So being able to do that while they're numbing has been a hit with everybody.
[00:13:08] Speaker B: I think it's great though, too, because a lot of people don't know that devices like Imcella exist.
[00:13:13] Speaker A: I know they don't think that there's anything you can do for that problem until we have them set on it while they're numbing. And then they're like, this is nice.
[00:13:23] Speaker C: Yeah.
[00:13:24] Speaker A: So what about mPhase? We've got a great mPhase special going on right now. It includes some exion skin tightening treatments.
That combination together has been we've been seeing some really incredible results with that, too.
[00:13:39] Speaker C: I really like the luminous special, too. I've had a lot of people get excited about that one. It's a bundle of three. And I think that three is the perfect number for the luminous just because they can build off of each other. So it kind of gets you excited for the next few months when you get a package like that.
[00:13:57] Speaker A: Yeah, and that one's great too, because there's really no downtime. I did a luminous skin pin treatment, or it wasn't skin pin. It was like a little baby micro nailing treatment last Friday. And I really didn't have any downtime. I had a little bit of flaking, but aside from that, there was really no downtime at all. And my skin looked great. I feel like my skin is still glowing from it. So that one's really good because you get some really great benefits without the downtime. I hate to have downtime, even though I know that sometimes it's necessary. I'm just busy all the time and I just don't really have the ability to have my face peeling off right.
[00:14:37] Speaker C: And especially with winter being the best time to do stuff like that and everybody's busy for the holidays and everything. I think that that's a good one. And the Dermaplan and glow peel, too, is a great one to have during the holidays to get you ready for any events. Love that. And the smart bugs. Don't forget about those.
[00:14:55] Speaker A: Yeah, the Smart Bucks are definitely a favorite amongst our members because they can use those for like, brow tinting and dermalaning and upgrading to deluxe services.
So a lot of our clients that do the membership that want to do Diamond Glow or Luminous or things like that, they can use their Smart Bucks to upgrade that. It makes it essentially half price. So they'll usually buy some thinking that it's good, and then by the end of the year, they're like, okay, I need to get some more.
Which is nice that we run these specials for as long as we do because they can purchase up front, and then by the end of the year, they can realize that they might want to get some more so it can hold them over for a little bit longer.
And so a good thing, too, is if you do have a membership, you still want to do these specials because you can use these deluxe services and specials that we have in combination with your membership. So, like, you would do a Scarlet and then two weeks later maybe do an Elite or a hydrofacial to exfoliate the rest of the dead skin off and add some moisture back into the skin. So layering those treatments together are only going to elevate your results, and it's going to take your skincare treatments to that next level.
[00:16:03] Speaker B: It is. A lot of people don't realize, though, that you can really up your skin game if, say, you did do the Luminous. So, like, you could do a Luminous and then that you bought on your package, but then two weeks later, you could use your membership and come in and do a hydrofacial or come in and do an Elite if your skin was super dry after it. And then you can come back each time like another two weeks, do your next Luminous. And people don't understand that.
[00:16:33] Speaker A: It'S just adding another level to it. I mean, it's like doing diet and exercise together.
[00:16:38] Speaker B: Yeah, right.
[00:16:39] Speaker A: If you're just doing exercise alone and not dieting, you can get good results, but you're not going to get as good of results as you would if you were layering those different things together. Yeah, and then you add your supplements in, so it's just kind of the same concept as that.
And then sometimes if you do the same thing over and over and over again, your skin is not going to respond as well. So sometimes you do need to take it to the next level and change it up a little bit.
[00:17:06] Speaker B: Yeah, like a hit workout for your skin.
[00:17:10] Speaker A: Yeah.
[00:17:11] Speaker C: I feel like we have so many things, too, and sometimes people don't know about all of them. Like the salt facial. Not a lot of people know that we have that and I'll recommend it, and they're like, I've never done that. And they've been coming for ten years. So you can kind of try something new and see if you like something different.
[00:17:26] Speaker A: Yeah. And so next week, our new website launches and we'll have our new virtual consultation tool that you guys can use with your clients, and they can put in there what their concerns are. And it will give them a list of everything that we have at SmartSkin that can address those concerns. And it will help us better plan out their visits too, so that they will know some of those things that they might not realize that we have to offer here.
[00:17:49] Speaker C: That's exciting.
[00:17:49] Speaker A: Or it might be a concern that we didn't even know that they had that they didn't realize that we had something to address. Like, we just are launching our hormone replacement therapy with Dr. Jodie Lynn, the semiglutide.
We've got radius hyperdilute, we've got the BBL for the booties that's being offered here now, too. My mom just had that treatment done. She's super excited. She can already tell a difference from it.
So I think that all of those new additional services that we're offering too are going to be game changer for a lot of people.
[00:18:28] Speaker B: Yeah, I think so too.
[00:18:31] Speaker A: So now that the cooler months are here, we're doing more IPLs, more chemical pills, things like that. Are you guys excited about adding in some of those treatments?
[00:18:44] Speaker C: Yes.
[00:18:45] Speaker B: Yeah, IPL is wonderful.
I just experienced my own IPL treatment, too, because I'd never gotten it before, and it's just crazy what that one machine can do.
[00:19:02] Speaker C: Honestly, I'll never forget the first time I saw it. Alexis was showing it to me and we had a patient, or a client, I should say, with capillaries on her nose. And Alexis was like, Come here, look at this. And she zapped them and they started going away. And I was like, that is like it is so cool.
[00:19:21] Speaker A: Yeah, it's instant gratification with stuff like that. I mean, they may need two or three to completely eliminate those broken capillaries, but just to see something just disappear before your eyes is really kind of neat. The good thing about our IPL, specifically too, is it's got controlled pulse configuration, so it's got contact cooling, and we control the spot in which it's delivered as well as we can control how fast the jewels are treating the skin. And so it's the safest IPL on the market aside from BBL and our IPL are the two safest IPL technologies on the market.
And so I think that that's really important. We like to sleep at night, so we want to make sure that everything that we're doing is as safe as possible while also delivering an efficacious result.
And it's super comfortable because it's chilling the skin before, during, and after the treatment.
So it's a much more tolerable treatment than some of the other IPL technologies or older technologies on the market too. And I really appreciate that about our device too.
[00:20:36] Speaker B: Yeah, a lot of people don't realize, though, first of all, they think IPL is a laser and it's not.
And then secondly, everyone wants that glass skin look, and you're probably not going to achieve that unless you do an IPL, you know what I'm saying? Just to get that all over evenness of color.
[00:20:59] Speaker A: Yeah. And so it's just really important, too, before IPL, that they discontinue any retinols or any medications that cause sun sensitivity. No sunless tanner for two weeks before avoid direct sunlight for three to five days post treatment. And just making sure that they're not working out and getting hot because they don't want to stir that up again. And making sure that they're on a melanin inhibitor while they're getting treated with IPL, too. You're going to get so much better results. And it's so much safer to do IPL if you are using a melanin inhibitor to prevent those melanocytes from being released to the surface of the skin.
So we really highly recommend that our clients be using either the even and correct from skin medica or any of our other skincare brands that carry a melon inhibitor. I know everybody kind of responds a little bit differently to different brands, so we do offer several different options for clients for that purpose. So get with your favorite esthetician and find out which skincare product is right for you.
[00:22:03] Speaker C: Yeah.
[00:22:05] Speaker A: So Ashton just joined us, you little cutie patootie.
So a couple things is I was telling everybody that you worked with us at the front desk for about a year before you went into a treatment room. So I kind of want to hear your perspective on both sides of that as well as I'd love for you to tell everybody about your success with your hair treatments.
[00:22:29] Speaker D: Yes. So it's kind of cool to see both of the sides of working front desk and being in the back. Coming into working in the front desk, I was always already very familiar with a lot of the stuff that you all offered. And then there was some new stuff, too. But being in the back also, I kind of know how things work up front and being able to help the people in the back kind of understand the gist of both positions, too.
[00:22:55] Speaker A: The why we do the things that we do sometimes. Exactly.
[00:23:00] Speaker D: So it's really cool to see both sides the way things run. And with my hair treatment, so ran into a little bit of some health things and I lost a lot of my hair. And I did have done three of the hair restoration treatments, and my hair has grown back tremendously. The results are amazing. I would recommend this treatment to absolutely anybody. So it's been life changing for sure.
[00:23:29] Speaker A: Your hair looks amazing. So tell me everything that you guys did for your hair.
[00:23:35] Speaker D: So we start out with the nubitite laser, and then we push in the derived exosomes with the ultrasound from the elite. And then you sit under the salt facial light for about 20 minutes, which is going to help with the collagen production.
[00:23:54] Speaker A: Okay. How long did it take to do that full treatment?
[00:23:57] Speaker D: It takes about an hour. An hour and 15?
[00:24:00] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:24:01] Speaker A: And then how long did you wait in between your first and second treatment? Four weeks. And then you've done. How many have you done total so far?
[00:24:08] Speaker D: Three.
[00:24:09] Speaker A: Three. When did you start seeing noticeable results?
[00:24:12] Speaker D: Definitely after I would say my second one is when I really started to notice the change. I noticed a little bit after the first, but all in all, after the second one.
[00:24:24] Speaker A: Yeah. We've posted your pictures on our social media, so if anybody wants to go and look, they're on our instagram. So you can go and see Ashton's progress with her hair treatments. We do also have a holiday special for the new bitite as well, I believe. Is that correct? Yeah, I thought we did. We have so many specials, I can't even keep up with all of them.
We were trying to tick off some of their favorite specials earlier. I think we have, like two full pages of specials available.
So what is your favorite special that we're offering?
[00:24:57] Speaker D: There's so many.
I will always love the scarlet.
[00:25:03] Speaker A: That was what?
[00:25:06] Speaker D: Scarlet will always be one of my favorites.
I love how we include just the regular, like diamond glows, luminous. But I would have to say the scarlet's probably my favorite special.
[00:25:19] Speaker B: Yeah, you can never get enough microneedler, right?
[00:25:21] Speaker A: Yeah. And so what skincare treatments are you using right now?
[00:25:27] Speaker D: I am using the for my cleanser. I'm using the skin better, the oxygen wash, and then I love alto advanced.
I'm also using the alpharette skin pads, the peel pads, and then the ultra nourishing or triple lip. It's my favorite moisturizer.
[00:25:51] Speaker A: Yes, those are great.
And what have your clients been most excited about with this year's holiday specials that you've seen?
[00:26:01] Speaker D: Everybody always loves the Smartbucks. Smartbucks are people's favorite. I've had a lot of people talk about scarlet as well.
They're just very excited that we're going ahead and starting to offer them right now.
[00:26:14] Speaker A: Yeah, we launched them about two weeks earlier this year than we normally do because people were just like itching to get a hold of them. So we started them this Monday, and they run through the end of this year.
So you can purchase them through our website and you can select your favorite esthetician. If you would like to, you can call, you can come by, you can purchase specials for yourself, you can purchase for a friend.
So just let us know if you have any questions about any of the specials, how you can incorporate them with your current membership. If you have a membership, you can text our office. We have, like, four people available to answer text messages, so texting is usually always the best way to get in touch with us, because the phone rings off the hook, but we get that text message right away. So that's just our number, the 20596 813 one. We also will have our actual in house open house on November 2, third and fourth. That's the Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Those three days, we're going to have little VIP swag bags for everybody that purchases packages. Those three days, we'll also have cute little food and drinks and things like that. And then those are the only three days of the entire year that we do a discount on skincare, and we'll have 20% off of all of our skincare those three days. And you can call or text and pay for those over the phone, and we can hold it for you, too, if you can't come by, so definitely keep that in mind.
Ashley, are you excited about being in a room this year for the holidays versus up front?
[00:28:00] Speaker D: So excited.
[00:28:01] Speaker A: Front desk gets kind of crazy during the holidays, so I know that you are just so thrilled to be able to be back into a treatment room again, and we're happy that you're able to do that, too.
So you've seen all the new girls come in. I mean, I'm putting you in the new girl category just because you're just now in a room with us here, but you've been here with us for a long time. Tell me a little bit about just overall, the culture of all of the girls that are here now and just kind of a little bit about how that feels.
[00:28:40] Speaker D: Everybody here is amazing, and even if you're new or have been here for a while, everybody feels like family, and I feel like I've known everybody forever, and I have all good things to say about everybody, and I couldn't choose anybody else to work with. I love everybody.
[00:28:59] Speaker A: Yeah. Are you all excited about Friends Giving coming up? Yeah. We haven't even hit Halloween. We're like friends giving.
I know.
So we're really excited about everything that we have here at Smart Skin now. We're always, as you know, adding new things all the time, even if we don't have the room to add it. We just recently moved our injectables room into the room that's near the front desk. So if you haven't been in recently and you come in, please take a look into the new injectable space. It looks beautiful. We're so excited to be able to have that. We do have this training space across the street, but sometimes it's nice to have a little place right there, too. I think next week or the week after, we have an advanced hydrofacial clinical training for you guys that we're going to do in that room. So that'll be kind of nice because sometimes it's not fun dragging equipment across the street, so we'll come over here and do lunch and learns and things like that.
[00:29:59] Speaker B: That.
[00:29:59] Speaker A: We need to toss something up on the big screen TV for you all, and we can spread out. But a lot of times, if it's equipment based learning, we'll do it across the street. And so now we have a bigger room that we can do that in, which is going to be great.
And then now the old injectables room is an additional aesthetic room, so now we have even more treatment rooms to see all of our patients in. So that's really nice too. We can spread out a little bit.
[00:30:26] Speaker B: We definitely need that sometimes.
[00:30:29] Speaker A: Yeah, we do. And then again, with us having this training space over here across the street, you can always park over here as well. If you can't find a parking spot in front of the spa, feel free to park across the street in the parking deck because we do have overflow parking over here for you all. So that'll be really nice, especially around the holiday season.
Anything else that you guys want to add to what we've been going over today?
[00:30:59] Speaker C: I'll just say thank you to all of you all and all the members for making me feel very at home here. It can be very nerve wracking to come right out of school into a place like this, but it has been the best time of my life. This is my dream job, and I love it. I just love it so much. All the clients are so sweet. All the girls are like, my best friends now, and you all are amazing. So thank you.
[00:31:23] Speaker A: I was looking for you the other day. You were off, but I wanted to tell you that I was cashing out one of the patients that you had seen, and she was just going on and on about how great you were, and she thought that you were so good. And she was like, I want to see her next time.
[00:31:37] Speaker C: She was so good. I just loved her.
[00:31:39] Speaker A: And I was like, I feel like you all are my little girls, and.
[00:31:42] Speaker C: I'm like, we want to make you proud growing up.
[00:31:50] Speaker A: But yeah, I couldn't be any happier with everybody that we have here on the team now. Everybody is just so talented, and I just love that anytime that anybody has a question, everybody's so willing to pitch in and help and educate each other and help each other to learn and grow and be better. So I just think that that's so important. And I love that attitude that everybody here has towards each other. So it definitely gives me the warm and fuzzies.
[00:32:19] Speaker C: It's a special place. It really is. Yeah, it really is.
[00:32:22] Speaker A: I think the clients can sense that too. It's a place that they want to be.
[00:32:26] Speaker C: Oh, yeah.
[00:32:27] Speaker A: They walk in the door and they just fill it.
[00:32:29] Speaker B: Yeah, and I think all of us, too, they can fill all of our energy because every single one of us wants to be here and enjoys what we do every single day.
[00:32:38] Speaker C: It doesn't feel like work to me at all.
[00:32:41] Speaker A: That's good.
[00:32:42] Speaker C: It feels like fun. Like life.
[00:32:44] Speaker B: People are like, oh, you actually enjoy your job? And I'm like, actually, yes, I love it.
[00:32:50] Speaker A: As it should be. Nobody wants to come spend the majority of their life somewhere that they hate or that they don't just thoroughly enjoy. I mean, I've said this a million times. My husband tells me all the time that he's so jealous of the fact that I get to do what I love every single day and that I really enjoy the people that I work with, because not everybody has that. And so I definitely value that, and I value what I get to do with you guys every day. Yeah.
[00:33:16] Speaker B: It wouldn't be possible without you all yeah.
[00:33:18] Speaker A: So, well, thank you so much for joining me today on this episode of SmartCast, and we'll see you next weekend.
