[00:00:20] Speaker A: Hey, this is Lacey with smartcast and I'm here today with Amber, one of our estheticians at Smart Skin. And we are going to talk to you guys about our open house and some of our specials. We're super excited about and just kind of what to expect over the next couple of days.
[00:00:35] Speaker B: Good morning. It's so nice to join you today.
[00:00:37] Speaker A: So we did a really fun thing yesterday for election day. We did a vote for your favorite skincare brand and all of our clients got to vote for their favorite skincare brand. And ultimately SkinMedica ended up being our top performer and we got to draw a name out in one of our clients that came in for the day and voted won a Skinbetica prize. But it's not too late for you because over the next couple of days you can come in and get 20% off of any of your favorite skincare brands. So the 20% off is one of our clients favorite times of the year. We very rarely ever do a discount on our skincare and we've got some really fantastic brands to choose from. So Amber, what are your favorite skincare products?
[00:01:38] Speaker B: So of course, Skin Medica, I think we all love Skin Medica. Elastin is another great one, especially pairing with a lot of procedures. This is a really great time especially to get, you know, your pre and post care products as well and pair it with some of the great holiday packages that we have.
[00:01:56] Speaker A: So for laser season, which is upon us now, what are some of your favorite laser treatments that we have here at the spa? And what do you typically recommend for your clients to use for at home pre and post procedure?
[00:02:12] Speaker B: Absolutely. So one of my favorite laser treatments that we have is the Nubitite stamp. It does an excellent job with helping with texture, pore size, pigment, fine lines and wrinkles. I really love to pair that as well with some of our microneedling treatments because sometimes it's not always just one treatment, you know, that'll get you to where your goals are. I also love the Cutera Laser Genesis is such an amazing facial that we provide here with no downtime, but you get an amazing result with that one with a rejuvenation of the skin brightening, helping with redness with again, no downtime. And then one of my favorite Kits to recommend is the Transition Duo from Elastin. It gives you two great products, one of which being the Regenerating skin nectar, which is a must for post care and even pre treatment. You can use it all the time. And then it also comes with the restorative complex, which, again, is really great to use. It's going to clear out old elastin and collagen and really prepare you for your treatments.
[00:03:24] Speaker A: Yeah. And that kit also comes with a free cleanser of your choice from Elastin as well. So it makes it a really great value. And then I know, of course, the Scarlett is one of your favorites.
[00:03:33] Speaker B: Scarlet is. Scarlet is one of my absolute favorites.
Of course I went and had some extra training, so that's when I feel like I really know how it's going to help clients. And it's really great for so many people. Another thing I love is that we do, you know, full face, neck and chest with that.

[00:03:52] Speaker B: So it's really comprehensive. But that one's great for lifting, tightening, and I love using that one for the body as well.
[00:04:00] Speaker A: Yeah, we've seen some really great body results with that. And then speaking of body, our NuvoDerm laser that we're going to be getting in new to Smart Skin. Of course, we'll have more information on that to come as well as some representation on the podcast specifically about that. But I'm super excited about that one specifically because it's also going to have a larger spot size available for body treatment. So we'll be able to do some really quick body treatments, super safe skin resurfacing. And I think a lot of our clients are really excited about body treatments and body at home care as well.
[00:04:34] Speaker B: Absolutely. All of us estheticians are really excited to learn more about the nuvoderm. And I've already got some clients that are excited for some clearing up of some, you know, body spots and stuff.
[00:04:45] Speaker A: And so as far as, like, body at home care, we have a couple of different things at Smart Skin. We have the skin better Alpharette body. So if you're using Alpharette Base, this is Alpharette for your body, which is fantastic. Helps to add moisture to the skin, helps with cellular turnover. It's just going to help with crepiness. We also have the Elastin Transform, which we pair a lot of times with our body treatments, our Emsculpt Neo. It's going to get your results two weeks faster with Emsculpt Neo. So they've done their own studies with Emsculpt and also with CoolSculpting to actually prove that those technologies work, which I love. But then it also is going to take broken down fat cells, flush that out through the lymphatic draining system so that you get your results faster. And it also helps with tone, texture, elasticity and tightening. And then we also have the Skin Medica Body as well. And it's going to be more of a spot treatment for elasticity and skin texture too. So the Elastin Transform and the Skin Medica Body treatment are both very similar. It's just going to be preference. They have a little bit different texture and so that one's just going to be more for preference.
[00:05:53] Speaker B: Yeah, but they're great to pair together as well.
[00:05:55] Speaker A: Yeah. So I also really like to pair the Transform and the Alpharette body together too. So I'll sometimes use the Alpharette body at night and the Transform during the day, or I'll do the Alpharette Body and then layer on top of that, the Elastin Transform.
[00:06:09] Speaker B: Yeah, I'm excited to see long term results with that one.
[00:06:12] Speaker A: So tell me a little bit more about some of your favorite specials that we've got. What are you recommending to your patients that you like the best?
[00:06:20] Speaker B: So of course I'm loving the Smart and bright. That is one that I always look forward to, which includes three scarlets with exosomes for all three treatments, which is a really great deal. And that also includes an Elite facial and our new glass facial, which all of our clients are really loving. So that'll get you, you know, full, full regimen of the scarlet.
And then another one that I'm really loving is the Slayer Skin. This is for our people that love a good micro needling. It's two skin pens, two Vitalized peels and a Diamond Glow facial. You're going to get really great results for fine lines and wrinkles, brightening the skin texture and tone. And then coming in, you know, for a light superficial peel with the Vitalize peel and the Diamond Glow are going to pair really, really well with that.
[00:07:09] Speaker A: And then of course, the Smart bugs are always popular, Always smart. Those are really great for if you're a member and you want to add on like boosters to your hydrafacials. You want to add a dermaplaning, you want to add brow or lash tinting, you want to upgrade to a luminous or upgrade to a skin pen. The Smartbucks are really great for that. And so we know that a lot of our clients like to get as Many of those as they can to last them for the year. And then next year they're just ready to re up right about the same time that they purchase this year.
[00:07:43] Speaker B: Absolutely.
[00:07:43] Speaker A: So they really love those. And I know that that's definitely one of our top sellers as well as, like you said, the Scarlet pack. What about some body treatments?
[00:07:52] Speaker B: I was going to say. So we cannot forget about the Emsculpt Neo. That's another best seller. We've got two packages with that. We've got one which is 4 Neo treatments. You also get the Skin Medica Tone and Firm Body Cream, which we were just discussing. You get two celutone treatments and one luminous microneedling. Then we also have the eight Neo treatments with an Elastin Transform body Cream, four cell tones and two luminous microneedles.
That's one that' always great to pair with other body treatments. That's why we include the cel, which is going to really help to break up cellulite and fat cells and give you a nice smooth look.
[00:08:33] Speaker A: Yeah.
And then we did bring back our VIP packages this year. I think we went a year or so without doing those and we brought those back. Talk to me about this VIP the Works package, because that one is like, it's the ultimate. It's the works.
[00:08:50] Speaker B: It's absolutely wonderful. So I love this one because you're getting to try a few different surfaces, but they're all going to be able to work together in a way that's going to give you an amazing result. So you get one Scarlet SRF microneedling. Again, that's going to give you some lifting and tightening. It can help break up scarring and pigment. You're going to also receive 4M face treatments and that actually includes two areas. So you can do your submentum under the. Under the chin. Chin, which a lot of us really want to work on tightening. You can do kind of the jowl lower cheek area or the forehead. And so you'll be able to do two areas four different times. So that'll. It's almost like a facelift without any invasiveness, no downtime, and you can actually knock those out pretty quickly. And then also the filter facial, that's another really great new treatment that we've added. It's a skin pen, the laser genesis that I had mentioned, and a diamond glow all in one treatment. You're going to leave that feeling great. We're going to go ahead and speed up your recovery and you're going to be glowing already, same day. Then you get two Sublime, which is a radio frequency skin tightening treatment. Again, another fan favorite. You're going to see a really great tightening and smoothing with that. And then two salt facials, which is going to be kind of like a microdermabrasion, but we're going to utilize sea salt. We're going to do kind of like a mask with some glycolic or mandelic acid and then you get our strongest LED light.
[00:10:22] Speaker A: And this package is absolutely our best saving package that we have to offer this year. I mean, the enface alone is normally $4,000. Absolutely. And so, I mean, in the Scarlet's normally 650, and the filter facial package is normally 950 and the diamond glow is 195. And the sublimes are, you know, 450 a piece and the salt facials are 170.
[00:10:45] Speaker B: It's an amazing value.
[00:10:46] Speaker A: So that is an unheard of savings that's in this package. And if everybody, every one of our clients doesn't take advantage of this one, they really are going to be kicking themselves.
[00:10:56] Speaker B: And this is even a few months worth of treatment. So this is going to last you for a while. I mean, you're going to get, you know, through the holidays or even into the springtime, and you're going to look amazing.
[00:11:05] Speaker A: Yeah, absolutely. And then, of course, we always have delicious food. We have cookies that are made custom for our event that have our logo on it and some cute designs. And then we get some other really yummy treats that our clients really like to snack on throughout the day. And then another thing that our clients really look forward to during the open house is our swag bags. Oh, yeah, you guys were putting those together this morning. I haven't had a chance to peek at them, but I know what all was going in them. And we've got some really great.

[00:11:37] Speaker A: I'm really excited about the bags this year. They've got some great things in them. And those are going to be for pay for clients that are buying packages. We're going to have all three of them here, so just at different times during the course of the three days. So we're really excited to Be able to offer that and then to just come by and get a consult if you want to. We have our new inbody scanner. That's going to be a part of our consultation process from now on. We also have our facial scanner, so that way we can come up with customized plans for all of our patients to make sure that we can track their progress and see exactly like what they're wanting to implement into their skincare goals and their body goals.
[00:12:40] Speaker B: Both of those devices are so excellent to help as a tool to kind of figure out a plan.
[00:12:45] Speaker A: Yeah. And then we also have a lot of really great injectable specials for the open house, as well as semi glue tied and hormone replacement therapy. Our doctors are all available to do complementary consultations to help you decide which of those might be the best fit for you and what you're wanting to achieve and what results you're looking for. And so we can do those. We have doctors here every day. So call, text, come by and we'll get you scheduled with one of our fantastic injectors. It was funny. Our marketing team accidentally put me down as the lead injector.
[00:13:16] Speaker B: Oh, goodness. And Jennifer, that would be interesting.
[00:13:18] Speaker A: Jennifer texted me and was like, did you know that our social media says that you're the lead injector? And I was like, oh, my God, I finished medical school.
[00:13:26] Speaker B: I was a promotion.
[00:13:29] Speaker A: This is embarrassing, but kind of awesome at the same time. So I had to go in and edit it and I had to call call with my marketing team yesterday and I was like, hey, guys, I don't know who filled in for the rider, but I am not, definitely not the lead injector here. We've got some really incredible injectors and it is definitely not me.
[00:13:45] Speaker B: Yes, maybe in the future, probably not.
[00:13:48] Speaker A: But you never know where that might go down the road with our mid level injectors. But for now, doctors it is. And I am nowhere near that, but so I thought that was really cute. But we also will be doing flash sales throughout the holiday season, so definitely follow us on our social media. So that way you can get first, you know, knowledge of what's going on with that. A lot of times we'll do like a flash sale for a day. For instance, one of my favorite facial combos is the dermaplaning Diamond Glow Laser Genesis. And that's not on our specials, so we'll be for sure doing a flash sale for that.
[00:14:26] Speaker B: Y'all do not miss that one.

[00:14:53] Speaker A: I am really super excited about our new embody. All the girls have been doing their scans and it gives so much and incredible information too, and it helps us to be able to track your journey and help you stay on track for what you're wanting to achieve. It's also going to be done before hormone replacement therapy and semiglutide as well. That's really exciting. You can send the results to your phone, but we also give you a printout that has all of the information.
It even tracks where in your body the fat is and where in your body the fluid is. And. And so I think it's kind of really interesting.
[00:15:30] Speaker B: Yeah. Yeah. So I'm glad we have that now.
[00:15:33] Speaker A: Yeah, it's so fun to be able to offer things like that and to, you know, have that available for them to be able to just see in real numbers.
[00:15:42] Speaker B: Yeah. Where they're at on a deeper level.

Any thing that you're most excited about for the Open House.
[00:15:51] Speaker B: So I just love to be able to, you know, meet our clients, see them, talk to them. And I think it's, you know, just such a great time, of course, for saving. But also, you know, it. It kind of brings the joy of the holidays. It's kind of a kickoff to all of that. And so, yeah, I'm just excited to see everybody and get a plan going and.
And just really enjoy the days.
[00:16:14] Speaker A: Yeah, I think it's really a fun time too, that we get to see some of the clients that have been gone over the summer, kind of just getting back into the swing of things. It's like a little reunion and everybody.
[00:16:26] Speaker B: Looks forward to this. So there's a lot of excitement around this.
[00:16:29] Speaker A: They do get it really excited and they look forward to these specials every year and they really just kind of load up and plan it out throughout the year to integrate into their membership services. And we definitely are seeing that to be true this year already we've had a lot of pre sales of our specials even before Open House.
[00:16:46] Speaker B: Oh, yeah. People have been asking about this, you know, for four months. And so I'm really excited. And, you know, even if you're not out of Your products. You know, it's a good time to kind of stock up on stuff or even gifts. It's a great, great time. You know, come get as many bottles of Hydranity spray. You know, it's a great time.
