[00:00:19] Speaker A: Hey, this is Lacey with Smartcast and I have my mom and Peyton here with me today. Peyton, talk to us a little bit about the new toxin membership and who that's a good option for.
[00:01:10] Speaker B: So we have three different tiers just like our facial membership to where you can do certain areas. One area for 85 a month, two areas for 140, and then three areas for 225. And then you can do additional areas. If you sign up for a toxin membership, you can also receive a complimentary diamond glow facial, which happens to be my favorite type of facial.
[00:01:35] Speaker A: You also get alley points for as well you do.
[00:01:37] Speaker B: And then we also offer different toxins as well. But if you're not a facial membership with us, then I would say definitely a toxin membership is also good. That way that you can receive the same discount as our facial memberships.
[00:01:55] Speaker A: So that way you can get the discounts without having to sign up for the facial membership.
And then. So how often will they come in for that toxin membership?
[00:02:05] Speaker B: Typically you'll get it about every three to four months and you'll go ahead and pay monthly for it. That way you're not paying if you want to pay a big amount, so.
[00:02:15] Speaker A: It just breaks down the payments for you.
[00:02:17] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:02:17] Speaker A: And so then if they want to add like a lip flip or masseters or like necklace lines and anything like that, they also get a discounted rate on those add on units, correct?
[00:02:29] Speaker B: Yes.
[00:02:30] Speaker A: Okay, great. So talk to me about some of the other injectable specials that we're doing right now.
[00:02:36] Speaker B: So we have our toxin specials where you can buy 50 units of toxin and get ten additional units free. We also have the 100 unit toxin where you get 20 units free, and then also 150 units where you get 50 units free. That's typically the first two are one of our most popular.
And then we have a filler where you buy one syringe of filler and get additional $100 off each syringe that you get.
[00:03:07] Speaker A: They also all of their rewards, depending on which filler line it is they'll get, whether it's their aspire or their alley or their what's experience rewards.

We also offer a new procedure, the liquid BBL, where we're doing mini bbls that can treat hip dips and cellulite or stretch marks to smooth out the texture. We also are offering a full BBL.
[00:03:44] Speaker A: You know what I love is that Dr. Jodie Lynn was trained by the inventor of the liquid BBl herself. Yeah. And she was like, the star student of the class, and she did so great. And we've already done several liquid bbls so far. They've all been really happy with the results. I know my mom has been super excited about her results. She's just walking around telling everybody to check out her cute little booty that she's got now.
[00:04:13] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:04:16] Speaker A: It'S so safe too. Like, a traditional BBL can be very dangerous if you're doing that surgically. But with this procedure, it's very safe. It's done with a cannula. It doesn't hurt at all. There's one pilot hole. She puts the lidocaine in there so everything is nice and numb. And then the product itself has powder lidocaine in it as well, that you just need to avoid direct pressure on the area for 48 hours.
So everybody is loving it and wanting to tell all of their friends about it. So that's been exciting to see.
[00:04:51] Speaker B: Good thing about it is, too, that it just keeps getting better. And you'll start seeing full potential within three months. And it's great that the product that we use produces your own natural collagen and elastin. So it will never go back to normal. It'll just always be better, just continue to improve.
[00:05:09] Speaker A: Mom, have you noticed a significant improvement in yours? It's been, what, three months now since you did yours?
[00:05:15] Speaker C: About three months, and. Absolutely, yeah.
[00:05:17] Speaker A: I mean, you saw a little bit of immediate result, and then your collagen starts to produce itself and it just continued to improve.

[00:06:35] Speaker B: I think it's great, too, with the cellulite because the real BBL surgery does not even address the texture of the skin. So with this product, I think the fact that it helps smooth out the texture of the skin is a bonus.
[00:06:48] Speaker A: Yeah, I think pairing it even with the msculpt Neo would be really good as well. That way they get the muscle stimulation plus the collagen stimulation and that lift. [00:07:56] Speaker B: Yeah, it was a fun training. It does a lot of different things that I think a lot of people are going to want to experience.
It was probably about a one to two, maybe zero pain.
[00:08:08] Speaker A: Yeah. Super painless.
[00:08:10] Speaker B: Yes. It's needleless, which is also good for people who are not fans of needles. It treats cellulite. It helps with acne scars. It helps with burn scars, stretch marks. Stretch marks which are going to be big. You can do hyperhidrosis, keloids, necklines, necklace lines, smoker lines around the mouth that are going to be really good.
It takes about 30 minutes. So neat or less for each procedure.
[00:08:44] Speaker A: It's like a little air gun. But it doesn't hurt at all?
[00:08:47] Speaker B: No.
[00:08:48] Speaker C: You don't use numbing at all?
[00:08:49] Speaker A: No, it's not necessary. Yeah. And so they are able to just dilute the ha filler or toxin or the kennelog if we're working with scars. And it just micro deposits into the skin. So you're going to see like a little blanche area that will go down within an hour or so, and then you'll be left with, like, little red marks where it was entered into the skin, but it doesn't hurt at didn't. I didn't have any bruising. Emily had a tiny little bit of pinpoint bruising on her stretch marks that we treated. But the good news about the stretch marks is we can treat those in only two visits. And so they would do that once a month for two visits. And then the necklace lines and some of the other things could be three visits. And then I think the keloid scarring, they said up to ten visits.
[00:09:43] Speaker B: But we also do the hair restoration, too, for hair loss, which we did.
[00:09:47] Speaker A: On me PRP or the derived exosomes, which is a plant based stem cell therapy.
I think it's really neat. There are a lot of great indications with that. And I love that it's needle free, minimal downtime. I mean, there is going to be a little bit of downtime, like on my necklace lines. We'll show some before and after photos of that, of like, before, and then immediately post procedure, and then next day, and then once it's completely cleared up, then we'll show the after photos as well, and we'll do Emily's stretch mark pictures as well.

[00:11:14] Speaker C: I'm going to say the mphase. We are running a major special on that, so you're going to need to call and come in to get a consultation. [00:12:05] Speaker A: And this year, for the first time ever, our smart bucks are for members only. So that's another reason why you should definitely sign up for the membership with us, because you have that option of being able to do the smartbooks, which are really great. It's kind of funny because we have clients that just don't really understand because they think it's too good to be true because technically it is. But a lot of our members like to use their smart bucks to do add on services such as like dermaplaning, brow tinting, upgrading their membership services to a deluxe service like luminous or diamond glow or hydrofacial deluxe, adding boosters on and things like that. There are some restrictions on the smart bucks, but overall it's such a great value and our members look for it. We do it once a year and it's definitely one of our most anticipated specials that we offer every year.
[00:12:57] Speaker B: I think also a good package to do is the classic facials, where you get the basic facial memberships, where it gives you a bundle of three, where you can kind of see what we offer and see how you like it. And it's kind of a way to dive into a membership.

[00:13:17] Speaker A: Especially people too, that maybe are here for a short period of time or they might be moving soon. They don't want to commit to the membership. That's a really great option for them to have as well. Another thing that we got this year that everyone is loving, also a fan favorite of BTL, but their product is the MFEM 360. So it is an internal and external vaginal rejuvenation treatment. Helps with stress, urinary incontinence, urgent urinary incontinence, hydration in the skin, and overall sexual wellness. And then we're also including some complementary McElla treatments with that as well.
That treatment has been fantastic. We have had other vaginal rejuvenation treatments in the past, and this one by far is so well tolerated, and they love that. It also includes that external component as well. And it's no downtime, no pain, like, no problems whatsoever. So that one's been a really good one as well.
[00:14:20] Speaker C: One of the things that I love about smart skin is the fact that when we do our podcast or anything, we're at the training center, which at the training center, all of the girls are completely trained. They all have to be signed off, and they all experience the full amount of training on each machine. So no matter who you get, you're going to get top experienced estheticians. So I do love that. So if you find somebody that you really like, I would encourage you to use a couple of different people. That way, if one of your favorite esthetician is out, you can always have another person or somebody else, but they're all good. And I would definitely encourage you to try several of them, which is important.
[00:15:12] Speaker A: Yeah, I mean, especially those senior estheticians that have been here for a long time that have a lot of requests and they're getting a little bit harder to get into. Our new staff are fantastic, and we have several that we recommend that are very similar to one of the estheticians that you've been seeing for many years. Like, for instance, Natasha and Taylor. Their technique and their treatment styles are very similar.
[00:15:35] Speaker B: I agree.
[00:15:36] Speaker A: I would say that Amber and Jennifer are very similar. Mackenzie and Alexis are very similar. Bethany and Mary Margaret are very similar. Heather and Hannah are very similar. So we've kind of buddied everybody up with one of the staff members that have a very similar treatment style. And then we're able to make those recommendations of a backup person that you can go and see if the person that you normally see is not available, and that way we can keep it convenient for you so that you can still come in on a regular basis and get your treatments done and it doesn't affect anything.
So that's worked out really well. Everybody's been very happy with their buddy.
[00:16:19] Speaker C: System and the fact that we're open Monday through Saturday and we do have a late night, Tuesday nights till seven, that makes it convenient for pretty much everybody, yeah.

Dr. Jody is here every other Saturday, nine to two. Dr. Irma is here every other Friday and every other Saturday, nine to two. And then now we are welcoming also Dr. Eason from one to 430, which is very exciting. She's done a couple of injections on myself and I've been very pleased and happy. So I think everyone will love to get to meet her as well. Yeah.
[00:18:30] Speaker A: So we have a physician here basically every other week, Monday through Saturday, and every other week, Monday through Thursday and then on Saturday. So every other Friday is the only day of the week that we don't have a physician here right now.
[00:18:48] Speaker C: Making it convenient.
[00:18:49] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:18:50] Speaker A: And then having that Tuesday afternoon and Saturday availability is huge. I know that that's a really tough time to get in for injections for a lot of people. And the fact that we have an injector here on that day and at that time, it's really great.
[00:19:05] Speaker B: Yeah, Saturdays and Fridays are pretty good, too, as far as, like, if you have injections and you have to have a little bit of downtime over the weekend. Typically you can bounce back on Monday from filler.
[00:19:19] Speaker A: Any closing thoughts about our specials? Promotions, holiday incentives?
